There are no hidden agendas or underhand tactics.  If we see something we think is good we will say so, if we think you could do something differently or improve upon something, we will offer our support and ideas to help you where we can.  Being a true Partner and Consultant doesn’t always mean saying what we think people want to hear. Equally we would love to hear your honest feedback. Open communication offers mutual support to improve.

Hard work contrary to popular belief, successful recruitment is not as easy as flicking over a CV.

It requires sustained professionalism, effort, knowledge and constant networking to put the human jigsaw puzzle together in the shortest of possible timeframes.  Patience, tenacity, negotiation and accountability are essential qualities for us at Atmosphere.

However, work is important.  We believe at Atmosphere everyone should understand their goals and boundaries.  A great lifestyle is normally earned through the spirit of hard work, sacrifice and appreciating what is most important to you. 

Down to earth successful recruitment of any kind is based upon understanding human nature, not just passing a skills test.

We realise that most people whether you are a candidate or a client would like to deal with a real human being and not just a process.  Moving to a new company, or trying to find the right person for your team, can be a tricky and difficult time. Everyone wants to deal with somebody who will genuinely care for them and will empathise with their personal situation without falsities.  In other words, understand we what it is to be real, as well as professional.
